How do we quote and work?
We quote in writing before work starts. The quote lists what we will do, the materials involved and what is not included, so you can compare it with others and ask questions.
If a roof only needs a repair, we say so. If it needs more, we show you why. When insurance is involved, we work from your policy and the adjuster's scope, and we suggest you check your policy rather than rely on anyone's promise. Ask to see any contractor's license and insurance before signing anything.
